SPRING CONFERENCE

Venue & Hotel Information

The ACWA 2026 Spring Conference will primarily take place at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Sacramento, with additional functions hosted in the meeting and event spaces at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento and Sheraton Grand Sacramento, both located just steps from the Convention Center. Guest room blocks will be available at the Hyatt Regency and Sheraton Grand, offering a seamless experience between meeting spaces and lodging for attendees. 

SAFE CREDIT UNION CONVENTION CENTER
ACWA Registration will be located at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center through the West Lobby, conveniently situated near K Street and 13th Street in the heart of downtown Sacramento’s convention and entertainment district. 

REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Attendees must register for the conference to receive the ACWA room block rate. A booking link to secure a room at the Hyatt Regency or the Sheraton Grand within the ACWA room block will be provided in the registration confirmation email. 

The hotel room block rate is $249/night plus taxes and fees at the Hyatt Regency and $234/night plus taxes and fees at the Sheraton Grand. 

PARKING
The Convention Center is surrounded by multiple city-operated garages and lots, and attendees are encouraged to use SacPark to locate and reserve parking close to the Convention Center.

Hyatt Regency Sacramento overnight parking rates are $25/night with in-and-out privileges and $45/night valet parking with in-and-out privileges. Visitor daily parking is available at the rate of $10/hour with a $50 maximum. 

Sheraton Grand Sacramento offers daily and overnight valet parking for guests at $49/day. 

TRANSPORTATION
Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is the primary airport serving the region, located roughly 10–12 miles from downtown; transfer options include rideshare services (such as Uber and Lyft), taxis, and private shuttle or car services that can be booked in advance.

Downtown attendees are encouraged to use SacPark or similar services to reserve garage parking near the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, while hotel guests may opt for on‑site hotel parking at the Hyatt Regency and Sheraton Grand at each property’s posted daily and overnight rates (current rates listed above).
