Conference registration is required to obtain hotel reservation information.
Valid cancellation requests received between February 4 - April 3 will receive a refund of any registration fees paid minus a $75 administrative processing charge.
Valid cancellation requests between April 4 - 21 will receive a 50% refund of any registration fees paid.
No refunds will be granted after the registration deadline of April 21. Submit requests in writing to Teresa Taylor at TeresaT@acwa.com.

One-day passes include all meals and activities listed above for the selected day only.
Because of the all-inclusive registration model, anyone with a valid conference badge may join any ACWA meal function or snack station—no separate meal tickets are required.
ACWA does not sell member or conference registrant contact information. Conference sponsors and exhibitors will receive a list of attendee names with mailing address and phone number but we do not share email addresses or any other personal information. Any emails claiming otherwise are a scam and any information provided to them may be used for fraudulent purposes.
